What is the Geran Digital PMKS Madani?

An initiative from the Malaysian government to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) improve digitisation applications in their daily business operations. The grant will match 50% or up to RM5,000 for eligible businesses. This grant is only applicable for the first 12 months of the contract bundle.

How do I qualify for this Digital PMKS Madani grant?

To qualify your business needs to be pass these criteria:

  • Available to MSME and Cooperative registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
  • The company is at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
  • The company has been in operation for at least six months.
  • The company has a minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.
  • Must not have received previous Digitalisation Matching Grants.

Are all products subjected to the 50% off or up to RM5,000 from the Geran Digital PMKS Madani?

Only selected solutions offered by CelcomDigi come with the 50% off rebate for the first 12 months of the contract bundle.

Where can I use altHR?

The altHR app is available on iOS & Android, as well as supported web browsers.

The altHR admin dashboard, on the other hand, is only accessible via the web app.

What's next for my HR Super App solution?

You will receive an activation link from our altHR team to register and onboard your company and employees within 5 working days.

Can I access all modules?

Yes, once you subscribe to Digital HR Management you will have access to ALL altHR features. This subscription will include full access to all modules such as Leaves, Expenses, Checkins, Checklists, Documents, Highlights, Onboarding, Company Calendar, Time Tracking, and Rostering.

What modules are chargeable?

Modules not included in the Free Plan will be charged at RM1/employee/module unless otherwise stated. New features in the future may be chargeable. Pricing excludes SST.

How do I sign up for altHR?

Once you subscribe for the Digital HR Management package, wait for an activation email. Once that arrives, click on the link and create your login. That's it — you'll be able to see your dashboard and start your digital journey with altHR!

Do all my employees need to sign up?

No, only one admin is required to sign up for each company. Thereafter, that admin will be able to add and manage other employees on altHR.

Does the 5G home WiFi come with calls and SMS?

This plan does not support calls and SMS.

Can I use this service whilst roaming overseas?

No, you cannot use this service outside Malaysia.

If I have exceeded the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), can I continue to browse?

Yes, upon exceeding the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) allocation of (1000GB), the speed will be throttled down to 512kbps until your next billing cycle. To continue the service at regular speeds, you may purchase an add-on Internet plan.

The 5 GHz signal is faster but covers a shorter distance and has weaker wall penetration. The 2.4 GHz signal is slower but covers a greater distance with better wall penetration.

Penghala kekal sebagai harta CelcomDigi sepanjang tempoh kontrak. Pelanggan akan memperoleh pemilikan dan memberi hak kepada penghala setelah tamat tempoh kontrak anda. Untuk kejelasan, sekiranya anda memilih pembatalan perkhidmatan sebelum kontrak tamat tempoh, anda boleh memastikan penghala tertakluk kepada pembayaran caj penalti penamatan.

Apa yang berlaku jika penghala WiFi 5G yang disediakan oleh CelcomDigi rosak atau hilang semasa tempoh kontrak saya?

Sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan (kerosakan fizikal, kerosakan air, serangan kilat, terbakar, atau kecuaian oleh pelanggan) akibat kecuaian atau penyalahgunaan tidak dilindungi di bawah jaminan, dan sebarang permintaan untuk penggantian dikenakan bayaran, anda akan ditawarkan dengan pilihan penggantian langsung di RRP.

Bolehkah saya membeli router tanpa kontrak?

Can I terminate my plan before the contract ends?

If you terminate before the contract ends, it will trigger a penalty and early termination fees apply.

How do I terminate my contract?

Termination of service can be made to CelcomDigi careline by dialing *1111.

Can I terminate one of the packages included in the bundle?

No, you cannot terminate individual packages within the bundle. The entire bundle must be terminated as a whole.
